It's as simple as that. The shop is located at 401 Southard, directly across from the Green Parrot. You can meet Tom between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

Some of the items you'll need to drive:
  Florida Class "D" license
  Pedicab license - $38.00
  Physical exam - $20.00

Tom will let you know where to go for these requirements and will brief you on the training process.
